I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a fantastic view of Orchard Road from the 8th floor. They were not only very clean but also super comfortable. The service was exceptional, from the busy reception to the late-night room service; everyone made us feel like valued individuals, not just 'customers. ' The location was perfect with easy access to public transportation and a convenient bus stop right outside, just a short walk away from Dhoby Ghaut MRT. Dining at Spices Cafe was a delight with a great selection, especially the made-to-order eggs and delightful coffee pau. The facilities were top-notch with everything needed for a fantastic stay.
The hotel offers spacious and beautiful rooms, perfect for families. The service was extremely pleasant and accommodating, making us feel at home away from home. The hotel is in a vibrant city center location, perfect for exploring nearby attractions with attentive staff. The rooms were in good condition, but we experienced poor air-conditioning in one room. The dining options were good but repetitive for longer stays.
The hotel rooms were very clean, but lacking basic amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, and a hairdryer. On the bright side, they offer a mobile with free calls to certain countries. It might not be the safest for elderly parents and young children.
Upon arrival at 3:15 pm, our room wasn't ready, and we were next to a noisy elevator hall one early morning. The rooms were spacious, albeit with bug issues leading to bites, but we appreciated the complimentary room upgrade and nice coffees. The hotel is a mix of pros and cons.
